The largest asteroid ever discovered threatens to crash into the Moon. A terrifying, apocalyptic glimpse at the end of the age, as told through the lives of NASA scientist Dr. Suzanne Honeyblue and her eighteen year old daughter Diana. Suzanne's voice of wisdom is the picture of a lonely and desperate mother, struggling to raise her daughter alone.
Weary and disillusioned, Suzanne leaves NASA and retreats from the world, moving from her palatial suburban home in Galveston, Texas to an isolated farmhouse in Newton, Kansas, much to her bitter and angry daughter's dismay. In their picturesque prairie solitude, Suzanne and Diana suffer the rise of tragedy in their lives, as the world learns the whole truth about the approaching object, while preparing for the most devastating event in the history of mankind.
